The Perfect Outline On How To Lose Weight

We’ve all stayed up late at night googling the secret weapon to lose weight. Or we’ve stalked someone’s Instagrams page in hope of catching a glimpse of what worked for them.

But the reality is there is no perfect outline on how to lose weight.

What may work for me, may not work for you.

What I may like to do, you may not like it.

What I may like to eat may not be your cup of tea.

The only trick in all of this is finding something you like.

When it comes to exercise there are so many things that you can do. Personally, I hate cardio. I don’t do more than 20 minutes of cardio and that’s pushing it!

You may be a person who loves to run for hours on end or use the bike or elliptical. But that’s just not for me.

Weight training is my first love. I do strength training six days a week for an hour. Some persons can only do it for about 30 minutes.

I’m a vegetarian and maybe you feel like eating without meat is blasphemous.

I say all of this so you can see that you don’t need to follow someone’s plan. All you need to do is eat a healthy balanced meal of your liking, find an exercise you enjoy, try to sleep and drink your water, and most importantly be in a caloric deficit.

You don’t need to pay for the perfect plan.

But if you need an extra push you can get a coach to push you. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to waste your money so you’d definitely jump into gear!

The first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
