As a woman, you want to look like a woman and you want to feel feminine.
Most, if not all women love having a curvy feminine body.
Losing weight may be the ultimate goal, but you still want to feel like a woman.
Most women tend to jump head-on into their journey by doing cardio.
Cardio is a great tool in this journey but it’s not the best.
Cardio will help you to lose weight. Meaning you’ll be losing not only fat but muscle also.
Strength training is feared by most women. Because they fear of looking too manly or bulky.
But strength training will do the exact opposite. Strength training will help you to lose fat and retain muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat which will help you in the long run by helping you to burn more calories daily even when you’re NOT exercising.
You will look leaner and you will retain your curves.
Cardio should not be neglected as it is good conditioning for your heart, but it shouldn’t be your main focus.
If your main goal is to look lean. Then cardio is definitely the way to go. But if you want to retain your curves weight training is definitely something you should look into.
