Saying you want to lose weight and actually doing it are two different things.
For years I’ve said I wanted to lose weight.
It took me longer than I expected to actually do it. Why do you ask?
I realize now I was very complacent with the thought of losing weight. I thought I would wake up one day and just do it.
I wasn’t very proactive about it.
If I were I would be in the maintenance stages of my lifestyle.
I watched other people reached their goals and I sat on the sidelines as time passed me by.
Time moved but I was still in the same situation. Overweight, unhappy, unhealthy and depressed.
I wanted to get better, but I never made a move until one day I just did.
I decided enough was enough and this time it would be me who succeeded! I decided I wouldn’t be the one watching others put in the work, I would put in the work for myself!
Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!
Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
