Dealing With Anxiety When You’ve Lost Your Weight Loss Momentum

For six months the weight seemed to have melted off of me.

And like clockwork after my six months mark, I seemed to have somehow hit a wall!

I still lost weight just at a much slower weight.

Naturally, I began to panic!

It terrified. I thought to myself, “What if this is all the weight I’ll be able to lose without any help?”

I started to get into my head and I started to fall off the track!

But then I said to myself, “You said to give yourself a year. So, keep going!”

I did just that. I still lost weight. Just not as fast as I wanted it to.

I reminded myself this journey requires a lot of patience. You’re going to hit plateaus and you may even gain a little weight, but as long as you don’t give up you’ll get to your goals.

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!

Don’t forget to like, comment, share or subscribe! I’m not picky any will do. I would really appreciate it!

Also, I started a podcast. I’d appreciate it if you’d check it out and also share it with your friends! It would mean the world to me! Click Here to listen!
