How To Stop Chasing That Over-full Feeling

Being overweight means it’s evident that I’ve overeaten a few times in my life.

I’ve always chased that feeling where I’m so full that I can’t move.

When I started my weight loss journey that was one of my biggest issues.

I cut my calories drastically so that over-full feeling that I’ve become so accustomed to was no longer possible.

It took me a few weeks to understand just because I didn’t have that feeling didn’t mean I was full.

At first, I would drink green tea and decaf coffee a lot to help put an ease to my hunger pangs.

Then I just learned to drink water.

A lot of times I thought I wasn’t full I was actually thirsty.

Once I realized this I started drinking water before and after my meals. This helped me a lot.

I had retrained my mind and my stomach so that I could be successful on this journey.

These new habits aren’t built overnight. They take time and patience!

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!
