Are You Taking Your Vitamins?

Since I started my weight loss journey I have been very conscious about my overall health.

Although I want to look and feel better about myself, I truly want to be healthy.

Before I began watching what I ate I did not have a balanced diet. I don’t think the food I ate gave me all the vitamins and nutrients that my body required.

So after I cut my daily calories in half and decreased my caffeine and sugar intake I noticed after my morning workouts I would get a little bit tired.

So I looked into natural remedies for energy. After extensive research, I decided to try a b complex capsules. I’ve never looked back since.

Because of the success of my b-complex, I decided to look into other vitamins also.

Before you take anything you should consult with your physician. I am not a doctor this is just what worked for me.

Also, it would be best if you ate most of your vitamins and nutrients. But it can be a little hard when you’re trying to remain in a caloric deficit to lose weight.

Currently I take a women’s multivitamin, a calcium, magnesium & zinc combo, vitamin c, and iron.

This combo has really worked well for me!

You don’t have to take vitamins to lose weight but I chose to take it because I knew wasn’t getting all the necessary vitamins and nutrients my body required.

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!
