Why You Should Plan Your Meals Ahead Of Time

This journey has a lot of ups and downs and during this journey, you learn what works best and what doesn’t.

One of the best things I’ve learned during my journey is pre tracking my meals.

Once I’ve done this it’s very rare that I go off track.

Already knowing what you’re going to eat makes it harder for you to eat off track because you already know how much calories and macronutrients you’re going to consume.

It’s already hard with so many temptations everywhere. Being indecisive about your food will make it easier to make an unhealthy choice.

This tactic may not always work, but it does work more times than it fails.

Remove temptation out of your path and it will make easier for you to stay on track.

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
