What To Do When You’re Getting Bored With Your Workouts

Anything you do over and over can become boring.

If you do the same workout routine repeatedly it will become boring.

Especially, if you have a short attention span.

This dilemma can actually be remedied very easily.

Change your workout routine. If you’re aren’t afraid of change you can do different exercises like hot yoga, Pilates, HIIT or anything else you may like.

You don’t always have to go to the gym and workout.

You can go for a walk, run, a hike, swimming or anything else that keeps you active. The point is to stay active.

But, if you’re like me and enjoy lifting weights you can simply change your routine.

I try to change my routines once a month. And so far I’ve been fairly satisfied.

You don’t have to do what I do or what anyone else does for the matter, just do what works for you.

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
