If you’re trying to transition to a healthier lifestyle I know for sure you’re going to have a few hiccups on the road.
It doesn’t mean you’re weak or your failure. It’s just difficult to change habits that you’ve had for years overnight or over a few weeks.
It takes time to build discipline and determination!
You can’t fail if you don’t quit.
If you fall get right back up!
Okay, you had a bad nutrition day. Tomorrow is a new day and it’s a new start.
You missed a few workouts! Just stay active in your daily life.
As long as you’re doing something your beating everyone else who’s just laying around doing nothing!
Each time you “fail” look at it as a learning experience!
Everyone fails at one point. Winners just don’t quit!
