What To Do When You’ve Missed A Few Workouts

Life can sometimes become hectic and we can unexpectedly miss a planned workout.

In unfortunate circumstances, we can miss a few workouts.

If you’re like me and you do not do well with surprises then you may spiral out of control.

I do not like change and I like things to stay in order. Or in the order that I’ve created!

But that’s not really how life works!

We have responsibilities that sometimes supersede our exercise routine.

Our health is very important and we should try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But, if God forbid my son is sick I will not leave him to go workout.

If he’s just stuffy or something minor and I have someone like my mother watching him then I’ll definitely go, because exercise for me is like therapy! It makes me feel sane!

But when I can’t make it to the gym I focus on my nutrition!

Truthfully, nutrition is the most important part of our journey.

You can’t put exercise a bad diet. So, we should always eat right!

But we don’t always. So, I pay special attention to my nutrition on the days I do not exercise!

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
