Why You’re Losing Less Weight Now

When you’re are morbidly obese and you begin you’re weight loss journey if you’re consistent the weight seems to melt off of you in the beginning.

But you’ll notice that the smaller you are the harder it is for you to lose weight.

When you were bigger you burned more calories with any little movement because if you were like me you were very inactive.

So the movement was very foreign to your body so it burned calories very easily causing you to lose weight easily.

Now that you have changed your lifestyle you may have noticed the weight is barely trickling off of you now.

I want you to know that this is normal and not to be discouraged.

This is why when someone who only needs to lose about 50 lbs struggles so much with their weight loss.

They have to push so much harder to lose weight and it can mess with your mind if you’re not prepared for it.

Knowledge is power.

So, remember if you’re not morbidly obese the weight will not melt off of you in the blink of the eye.

It will take a lot of work and effort but if you keep pushing it will come off!

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
