It’s been a long and hard process.
There were times this journey has felt like it’s never going to end.
But I’m closer to the finish line now than I was 18 months ago!
Throughout this journey, there has been one question that I’ve heard over and over again, “How did you do it?”
It’s really not easy to explain in a few words but the basic idea is to change your “diet” mindset.
This cannot be a temporary thing until you go back to your old ways!
You need to change your lifestyle!
But the basic principles have been said but because it sounds so simple most people don’t want to go that route!
Exercise and a healthy and balanced diet is the only way to lose weight!
Some persons lack the motivation to get up and exercise. Others have problems to eat a balanced diet. There are some who struggle with both!

The difference between me and the other plans out there is simply this, I’ve been where you are. I’ve probably been far worse than you have been, but here I am standing on the other side.
