It’s Okay If You’re Not Okay

It’s mentally draining to be alive right now!

Especially, if you are currently on a weight loss journey.

It’s hard to be okay. But society wants us to be perfectly happy all the time.

I just want you to know it’s okay to not be okay!

It’s okay if you have to find ways to cope with everything that’s going on!

But, do not wallow in it! Do not linger in that dark place.

Because if you let it, it can consume you!

You should strive to be healthy not only in the physical sense but in the mental sense also.

Find constructive ways to let out whatever you may be feeling.

Go for a walk, a run, do yoga, cry, scream, or even read a book!

Do something so that you’ll be in a better space. But even if it doesn’t work just remember that I love you and I’m rooting for you. If you need someone to talk to I’m here!

Remember the first step is trying and the next step is not giving up when things get hard!

Keep going! If no one else believes in you know that I do. You’ve got this!
