How can you help me lose weight?

I can help you on your weight loss journey by steering you in the right direction with your nutrition. To help you see where you can make improvements. By also helping you to get active and make this weight loss journey into a healthy lifestyle.

Is there any special medication I can take to help me lose weight faster?

No! Hard work and dedication is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. There is no quick fix! You have to put in the work to get the results you want and I can’t do it for you!

Are you a doctor?

No, I’m not. I’m just giving you the knowledge that I’ve acquired from my very own weight loss journey. The best way to learn is through experience.

What makes your coaching different?

I’ve been where you are or maybe even worse. I’ve dealt with obesity for all of my adult life and I’ve dealt with emotional eating. I am you and I understand you!

Also, I’m not giving you a generic one size fit all plan. No two persons are alike and shouldn’t be treated as such. Each plan is designed specifically for you!

What will be included in the accountability coaching?

I will help you with your nutrition(removing and cleaning up your diet), calorie & macro counting, and how to begin incorporating physical activity in your life.

What is the process to begin coaching?

After you purchase your plan with me I will have to give you an assessment so that I can make a personalized plan for you. So, allow up to three days after the assessment to receive your personalized plan.

How much will this cost?
