Shipping Policy

Please make sure you add the correct shipping address so that you can receive your product in a timely manner. If there is an error in your address please reach out to us within 24 hours.

All orders are placed with USPS. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday 12:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. Any orders placed on a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders generally are delivered in 2-7 business days after they are shipped. But due to the current pandemic, USPS advises that there may be some delays. If your package is delayed please contact USPS.

Taking Control Of My Life LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been given to USPS it is their responsibility.

In the event that your package is marked delivered and you cannot locate it please contact USPS either online at or call them 1-800-ASK-USPS.

International delivery time may take 2-4 weeks. Due to the current pandemic and unforeseen events it may take longer.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the current pandemic we currently do not accept returns.

But when we do resume returns you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  1. Meal Plans
  2. Exercise Plans
  3. Accountability Programs
  4. Macros Plans

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Clothing or Accessories with obvious signs of use

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, We will give store credit to be used.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once you have received confirmation from us that your refund has been processed please give it 3-7 business days. If you have still not received it please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

All sales items are final! Please make sure you get the correct product and/or size.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please email it at the email listed below.
